We are participating providers in Medicare. Each clinician is individually credentialed with Medicare.

Our office automatically bills your secondary insurance for the amount not covered by Medicare.

Patients with Medicare coverage may have to meet an annual deductible with our office if it is not already met through prior medical office visits.

By law, we are unable to provide routine waivers of the patient's deductible amount of any co-payment responsibility.

A new prescription is required every thirty days in order to continue with physical therapy.
